Being in the resi LOB is like camping.. you have to be able to adapt quickly,,, be nimble, flexible. You never know what whether you'll face.. you never know how noisy your neighbors will be.
Steve introduces the session...
But being in Resi means dealing with that next situation as a team, and with a sense of humor! One example of this is...
...one at a time, the LT members highlight an initiative we have achieved that illustrates the spirit of resi.
As each initiative is read out, we hang the initiative on a clothes line next to the tent.
Steve then asks the audience if they have anything else they would like to add to the line...
In the resi line of business, wed'd like to think that we're capable of catching anything unexpected and working through it as a team. No matter how hard, no matter how odd! Does anyone else have something they like to add to our line?
A pre-prepped member of the audience throws Steve a pair of boxer shorts (or a similarly silly piece of clothing) which the LT catch and hang on the line
