- Synergy happens when two or more people work together to create a better solution than one could do on their own. It's not your way or my way, but a better way, a higher way to get the best results.
- Synergy is NOT: Working on your own
- Shunners are afraid of differences. A shunner will never get to synergy because they won't tolerate anything that is different than what they believe. These can be cliques.
- Synergy IS: Teamwork
- Thanks for helping me with my garden! It only took half the time and it looks great!
- Be a Celebrator! Diversity = Creative Sparks = OpportunityValue differences as an advantage and not a weakness. Being open-minded may end up giving you the opportunity to grow and experience something you may LOVE after all!
