- Hey Sarah, I was thinking that it would be good if we would move the grill closer to the condiments station so that we could move faster and lessen the chance of food runners running into the kitchen staff

- That sound's like a great idea Sam, you should go talk with the kitchen manager to see what he thinks about it so that maybe we could put your idea to use

- Hey Chef, I had this grand idea for what we could do in the kitchen...(Last slide)…So what do you think about my idea.
- Sam that idea sounds fantastic. I'll go talk to middle management and tell him your plan!
- Hey James, one of our employees came up with his brilliant idea that would speed up the kitchen process. I think with a little but of organizing and planning we could put it in to works.
- Wow Chef that does sound great. I just knew when I hired Sam that he was very innovative. I'll send this up to Top-management right away!

- Hey Bob, One of my employee's came up with this idea that our chef and I both think will boost production in the kitchen. With the a little time management improvements, we might even be able to increase the income and lower the amount of food we waist.
- That would be perfect. I'll get that on the works this week, and tell that employee that if he keeps it up he might even earn himself a promotion some day.
