- Evan and his neighbour, Kevin, have hated each other since Primary school and they always taunted each other with rude remarks while occasionally getting into fights with each other during class. The teacher would stop them from fighting, but not before creating a ruckus that could be heard from other classes nearby.

- Hello Kevin. How are you today?
- While eating during recess, Kevin was sitting solemnly at the lunch table as he was ostracised from the rest, while his classmates were chatting away about the project the next day. He sat alone everyday, nibbling on his sandwich while Evan was hanging out with the most popular kids in school who would make fun of him constantly for his appearance alone.

- I realised that being mean was the wrong thing to do. I only bullied you to be popular, but now I realise that It affects you too
- When Kevin got home he started recounting his thoughts about the project the next day and then remembered that he was with Evan. He groaned in disbelief as he thought about having to deal with Evan teasing him and trying to irritate him. The mere thought of being with him made Kevin bawl

- The next day Kevin got his things ready for the project and sat nervously at his table, His eyes darted back and forth. He knew that this group project was going to go horribly wrong. Then he was greeted by an odd sight, Evan greeting everyone in an incredibly nice manner and looked at Kevin and said a friendly hello, which confused Kevin
- As Kevin got closer to Evan he sat down with a smile on his face and said "Let's put our differences aside Kevin we should work together for the project work and both get A for it''. Kevin was so baffled that he stumbled back into a few students. Kevin got up and asked,"Why are you being nice to me?". "I realised that being mean was the wrong thing to do. I only bullied you to be popular, but now I realise that It affects you too..", explained Evan.
- After school, Evan and Kevin worked together for the group project,they made lots of jokes and had lots of good laughs. "I am sorry Evan for fighting yesterday and all the other days that we fought" Kevin said with a sincere voice. "I am sorry too, Kevin. We should have just talked with each other and we would have became friends" Kevin said . They both grinned at each other and carried on doing their project work.
