- Many years ago in the land of Lydia there was a beautiful garden
- The garden belong to a king named Madias who was rather greedy but he loved his daughter and wife and was no better or worse than any other man.
- He was walking inthe garden and came across some goat legs sticking out of his rose bush.
- What is this?
- It's a satyr, Your Majesty
- They discovered it was a satyr who had stopped in the garden for a drink after getting lost.
- Your trasspassing in my garden!!!!
- Once Midas threatened to tell Silenus's master, Dionyus who had an easy temper, of his actions the he offered to entertain him to over look his foolishness.
- I'll send word to your master at once.
- For a full week Silenus shared his stories of adventure as he stayed in the king's palace until Midas sent him back to Dionysus.

- And then.......
- Dionysus wanted to thank Midas for taking care of Silenus. So he offered him any gift he cared to name.
