- Amber's coworker had a baby prematurely and her family is spending extra time in the hospital
- She wants to help her friend by giving her something her family really needs and will use
- Not knowing all that her coworker needs she is thankful she has a link to her Give InKind page that another coworker has made
- Amber goes to the gift page to look at what products are suggested for a “NICU”
- Amber goes onto the page and looks through the wishlist of things that her coworker has requested and finds that the list is empty
- She browses the products and clicks on wellness packs --- she doesn't completely understand by the description what she is going to get and she is stuck on what to say to her friend
- Then she clicks on the “Good Things Come in Small Packages (I Was a Preemie) book and reads the description. She likes the idea of giving support that relates to what her friend is going through and also enjoys the idea of what to express to her friend in her card: I am always going to remember your collective strength under fire. You all amaze
- She changes “You all amaze to: You’re family amazes”, Purchases it, and is thankful/ satisfied knowing she was able to show her support and make a guided impact on her coworker/ friend in this time of need
