- Congress: We believe that the national bank is unconstitutional beacuase it is not in the constitution.
- Jefferson: I believe out ideal economy should not be based on Federlist bankers or merchants in big cities but Republican Farmers
- Jefferson: I think France because I favored the revolution and because of there weapons.
