- Transpiration is when water vapor is released through the leaves on plants.
- Precipitation
- Water can be collected in glaciers for up to 10,000 years.

- when little molecules of water come together and condense they become clouds.
- Evaporation
- When the droplets of water in the clouds get too heavy they begin to fall back to the ground. They can drop as a solid (snow, hail), or as a liquid (rain).
- After it precipitates
- When the sun shines on a body of water the surface water gets hot and begins turning into a gas and floating up towards the sun.
