- But I did not find anyone in the entire room who could teach me more about facilitation and augment my knowledge! Most of them were new to facilitation.

- Hey! I recently attended the knowledge sharing conference, and to be honest..I didn't gain much value out of it. The crowd mostly consisted of new facilitators.
- Is there something we can do about this? Maybe segregate facilitators based on experience or change the onboarding process?
