- Amulet Book 4 By: Kazu Kibuishi:A girl named Emily and her family move into a new house. Emily and her brother go explore the house. They find an amulet that teleports their family to another world. Emily and her family stay there and protect the new world.
- Middle of the Book
- ah,were are we and what is that thing.
- In the book Emily, max, trellis(elf), and Virgo are all stone keepers(someone who has a magic amulet). Navin (Emily's brother)is now a pilot and a commander. They are now headed to a city so that max can show them where the guardian councils were.
- The End

- At the beginning of the book Amulet Emily and her friends drop into the city from an airplane. Trellis goes to prison, Max and Emily go to an arena, Navin and Emily's mom stay back and help fix the plane. Miskit and Cogley(robots) were stuck on an island with a baby dragon. Virgo saves them and takes them to his house.
- Moral
- don't you get it they think of us stone keepers as monsters.
- In the middle of the book, it says that max lied and it was a trap when he brought Emily's family here. There were 2 other new stone keepers there named ronin and pierce saying that he lied to everyone. After that, the Guardian Council showed up and said that this was the final test.The council then teleported them to a cave where there were a bunch of alien-type creatures named grouls.
- Max and Emily go looking for Ronin and Pierce. After a bit find Pierce and Ronin. Then they get chased by a huge group of grouls. Max then got really angry and blasted all the grouls with his magic amulet. They then went into a tube that lead them to the cistern which is where the water for the city comes from. Trellis then broke out of prison. Miskit, Cogley, and Virgo help them. In the end, Emily realizes that Ronin and Pierce are holograms and max was playing a trick to get a magic crystal.
- The moral of the book amulet is don't trust everyone unless you know them. I say this because Emily thought that max was her friend because he was a stone keeper but in the end he betrayed Emily. This is why I say the lesson is don't trust strangers.
