However, Mr. James Madison decided to not deliver my commission after you had delivered all but 17 of the commissions. I demand that the Supreme Court issue a Writ Of Mandamus to force James Madison to do his job!
- Mr. Marbury, although you have the right and remedy to your job, what you have sued it unconstitutional.
- It is empathetically the province and duty of the Judicial Department to say what the law is. If the Supreme Court states that a law violates the Constitution, then the law cannot be put into effect. Therefore, the Supreme Court does not actually have the power to issue a Writ Of Mandamus. I am sorry to tell you, but this means you will not be able to receive your job.
- I DON'T GET MY JOB!! WAAHHHH!
