As I told you theres several factors in order for our body to express an emotion one of that could be impulses that at the same time generate another facotr like bodily sensations, so when we fell something we need to be able to identify what it is in order for not getting upset and feel worst
Thougts and feelings are the other two factors that affect the way we express our emotions and the part you need to understandis that feelings, thought, bodily sensation and impulses can interact and occur at the same time actually is normal for this to happend
When you feel any of this just keep calm they are not bad they are actually very god for us, just when you feel you are losing control, take your time
