- When the other Wes is on trial for first-degree murder he is found to be guilty and is sentenced to life in prison for fatally shooting Ray. At this point Wes has finally came to a realization that his actions caused a long term life of misery in jail for his bad behavior.
- The officers were now screaming orders to the Moore brothers, telling them to get on the ground and keep their mouths shut. This was the last straw for Wes because he was finally going to get caught/charged for all his actions.
