- This is a story of how a man named Saul became a saint named Paul with the help of the Holy Spirit!
- Saul used to be a very angry person who was set on persecuting the followers of Jesus Christ. He helped the Romans imprison hundreds of Christians.
- Saul often went on quests to find more Christians to arrest. He was traveling on one of these journeys when something miraculous happend...
- Saul... Saul! Why do you persecute me?
- Suddenly... there was a flash of light and Saul fell from his horse! A voice came like thunder.
- Jesus had spoken to Saul! And in that moment Saul was changed. He was filled with the Holy Spirit and called not to persecute Christians but to help them... and to even become a Christian himself!
- Saul dedicated his life to Jesus. He raised money to help the poor, spoke God's word, and encouraged others through the Holy Spirit. He even wrote some of the books in the Bible!To show how much he had changed, Saul switched his name to Paul. That is why we know him today as St. Paul!
