On PASS, we build group benefit plans, process eligibility and enrollment information, send invoices to employers for insurance premiums, apply payments to accounts, generate reports and much, much more. What is the Technical Specialist team? Tech Specialists are a team of super users who provide support and resolution to a wide variety of requests for the PASS application.
