- Tom and Jerry ,the two most competitive students in class 1A, both had been arguing and tugging each other shirts about who could run faster,they both detested each other and could't get along. Meanwhile, Mrs Lim, our form teacher,was explaining the sequence of events that will be taking place for today's learning journey.The rest of class 1A was paying attention to their teacher.

- They had tried in vain to convince both teachers to pair them up with someone else, but they were both dejected when they were denied. Slowly but surely, Tom and Jerry whispered incoherently about whether they wanted to race far out in the jungle to see who was faster. Afterwards, both set off into the woods and found a perfect racing spot in the woods. Mrs Lim and Mr Tan's faces lit up as they saw that Tom and Jerry were slowly getting along.

- Boys,this is not a mistake,it was intentional.
- Tom started the race between him and Jerry.Both took off quick and sprinted as fast as their legs could carry them till the finishing line.Abruptly,a high peach voice a high pitched voice pierced through the rather tranquil morning still air. An acute pain shot up Tom's back as he lay on the floor in shock. Jerry's mother's words immediately echoed in the back of his head, 'A true winner is one with sportsmanship.'Jerry spontaneously sprinted in the opposite direction towards Tom to investigate what had caused his fall. Jerry lent a helping hand to Tom and pulled him up from the ground. The cause of his fall was a wet rock with moss on it. Tom gave Jerry a gracious thanks and kept thanking Jerry profusely for displaying outstanding athleticism. Both boys apologised to each other for their past actions towards each other.They reported back to the teachers what had happened and what they had done about it. The two teachers exchanged wide smiles as they looked at each other,after they saw Tom and Jerry slowly getting along.

- It turns out that Tom and Jerry had a lot in common. As time went on, both of them trained together and became friends, and a year after getting to know each other, they became the best of friends.
