- It has a low crime rate due to only having 3,204 million people who live in the nation Albania. A low crime rate is the number offense per 100,000 people. There are 325.7 (million) U.S citizens.
- One of the push factors are unemployment and poverty. 30% of the population are below the poverty line, and half of them live in extreme poverty. The unemployment rate just so happens to be high despite a slow decline. 2,120 people died in 2016 due to air pollution. The economy is low, which explains the 30% of the population are below the poverty line.
- The biggest push factor has to be the economy. Since 30% of the population live below the poverty line. Which explains the economy trouble. Especially the unemployment rate, it's also effected by the economy.
