- In South Carolina, in the upstate region there was peace between the Cherokee Indians and British settlers. The Cherokee and British settlers occupied the upstate of South Carolina. The British settlers were fur traders. The Cherokee were unbothered by this since there was no harm being done until that was broken 30 years later in the French and Indian war.

- "That's my horse! Get back here you Indian or we will have to fight!"
- After the French and Indian war peace was broken and things changed. The Cherokee, felt cheated by the British. This caused the Cherokee to start stealing things like horses. Obviously, this made the British mad and they retaliated.

- " You're gonna pay for killing a fellow Indian of ours! AHHHH!"
- "You Indians! I hate you!"
- The Cherokee war lasted 2 years, which led to many deaths among British Colonist and man Native Americans.
