  • When the youngest went into town, the 2 other men plan to kill him and split the gold. Little did they know, the youngest plans to kill them both to have the gold to himself
  • When the boy returned with poisoned wine, the two men killed him. To celebrate they drank the wine and ended up dying as well
  • He took a bottle full of poison up And drank; and his companion, nothing loth, Drank from it also, and they perished both. (229-231)
