- When my uncle, Leo, was in his 30's, he was wrongfully arrested and convicted of Sexual Assault. Police arrived at his house and arrested him after he had returned from work. My aunt and cousin were upset while seeing this take place.
- Papa?!
- My husband! It can't be true!
- You're under arrest!
- I've worked all week please I'm innocent!
- Walk towards the police vehicle.
- Everyday in prison, for 15 years, he prayed to God to help prove his innocence and one day be with his family again.
- Dear Lord, I am here again, asking for your help in proving my innocence to con mi familia. Amen.
- We've missed you so much Leo!
- My Leo! To see you smile like this again!
- Thanks to DNA testing, my uncle was able to prove his innocence and was excluded as the perpetrator. He was exonerated and back with his family again! Other members of my family, like my father and aunt, along with her kids, went to court to support him.
- Its been a long time coming, but finally were together again!
- I've missed you Papa!
- Thank you God, our uncle is back with his family!
