*Grace continues her walk along the Hobson walkway, unsuspecting of what's lurking behind the trees...
...
...
.
*She finally decides to sit down unwind for abit, as she cools her mind...
*Deep breaths*
Then all of a sudden rustling though the trees, a wild owl appeared!
Swwoooosh!
...
..
...
hoot...hoot...
An uncanny encounter!
Hey!! What's the big deal?!
hoot...hoot..
I have been watching you...from afar!
My name is Ruru I am the old wise owl the watcher of this place.
I've come with a very important message to tell you, you see this place has been home to many species wildlife, but have been displaced due to a flood that took place here before.... As punishment from the god of weather, Tawhirimatea!
Wait? You mean the one that I was reading about in the newspaper at the cafe?
Yes, he is the one that I am talking about, he wants to seek revenge by sending forth his army of clouds and rain to cause havoc on the bay, if we don't stop appease him first.
How can I possibly stop him though? Why is he even attacking the bay in the first place? Why me? I'm just a Marine Biologist...
He decided to intervene, when he noticed how the condition of the bay was being treated by the humans and so he felt he needed to bring punishment to his brothers and the humans...
That being said I believe there is a way, to change his mind to stop him from causing havoc among the bay.
*sigh*
Really? So what is it then?
We're going to need to perform a few good deeds that will help prove to the wind god, that we are *Honest True* (Pono and Tika)in our actions!
By helping another out, looking after the bay, and keeping it clean this will help to change the mind of Tawhirimatea.
Okay, well is that all? Seems to simple to be true...what about this talk about taking revenge on his brothers the humans?
...and what happens if we don't clean up the bay in time?!
...what then?! Ohh no this is abit to much for me..
It seems like the forewarnings have begun time is running out. I'll leave it up to you now, Grace!
