- On day one, God created heavens and earth. And God said 'let there be light' and it was good so he separated light from darkness.
- On day two, God made a vault between the waters to separate water from water. He called the vault 'sky' so there was morning and evening.
- On day three, God let a dry ground appear which was land. He also made seas.
- On day four, God made the stars to govern day and the night and to separate light from darkness. God saw that it was good.
- On day five, God created great creatures of the sea and every living thing which the water teems.
- On day six, God made animals and living creatures on land. And God saw that it was good.
