Since the company has been doing well the work has been too much especially for 10 workers. When we leave , we leave with sore bodies because the work needs more hands.
I agree more workers have to be hired, Management has to lend us a hand in terms of more workers before someone gets injured with these intensive working hours.
I get that our plastics are high in demand because of their quality but we have been at it since morning and it looks like we have not done anything , more work is pilling up.
And the supervisor in charge expects us to keep working whereas we need more hands around here.

The workers try talking to the supervisor (Mrs Kate) in charge about the problem and she guarantees them about having a talk with Management about the difficulties they are facing.
It has been two weeks since the workers had a talk with Mrs Kate , there is still no sign of movement in terms of their problem but even more work than before is pilling up.
