- Since the company has been doing well the work has been too much especially for 10 workers. When we leave , we leave with sore bodies because the work needs more hands.
- I agree more workers have to be hired, Management has to lend us a hand in terms of more workers before someone gets injured with these intensive working hours.
- I get that our plastics are high in demand because of their quality but we have been at it since morning and it looks like we have not done anything , more work is pilling up.
- And the supervisor in charge expects us to keep working whereas we need more hands around here.
- The GB Plastics is a company that produces different kinds of plastics. It is still growing hence it has 10 workers who are running the day to day operations.
- We are requesting more hands because the work is becoming too much for us as workers and since we have deadlines, we ask more workers to be hired.
- A meeting with Management will be held to discuss your concerns and requests and I will get back to you.
- Bob and Gabby discuss how overworked they are as workers because of the less amount of workers at the company and how other workers should be hired to avoid being overworked and possible being injured due to loads of work.

- Other workers while working also notice the problem of being overworked because they have been working since morning and the work keeps doubling up.
- By joining a trade union we can be enabled to speak with one voice to our employer and better working conditions will be negotiated for us.
- The workers try talking to the supervisor (Mrs Kate) in charge about the problem and she guarantees them about having a talk with Management about the difficulties they are facing.
- It has been two weeks since the workers had a talk with Mrs Kate , there is still no sign of movement in terms of their problem but even more work than before is pilling up.

- Sandile one of the workers talks to the other workers about the importance of joining a trade union and how it can be beneficial to their poor working conditions.
