- Thats a great idea I think we shoulf form an letter and send it off to a committee
- Wouldnt it be so cool if we were allowed to speak in a library
- Second Step
- This is actully a great idea for a law
- I agree but maybe a few changes can be done to improve it
- Third Step
- Lets discuss the bill that would like to become a law
- The bill is in the procces of being drafted.
- Fourth Step
- SENATE
- We think we should think about this just a little more
- REPRESENTITIVE
- After the bill gets drated it is sent to a specific commitie who deals with what the drafted bill says.
- FIFTH STEP
- If the commitite decides to aprrove it then is givien to the house of senate , and will start to discuss the bill. If it is passed by this house it moves onto the next and repeats the proccess of floor debates and so on.
- SIXTH STEP
- LETS OVERRIDE IT WE NEED THIS AS A LAW..
- If there are any diffrences the two houses come together to finalize the bill.
- Okay we agree lets get started and come to an agreement.,
- If the bill is approved it the goes onto the presiedent and he has a choice to make it a law or to veto it
- Hmm I dont enjoy this law I think I may have to veto this law.
- If the president calls for a veto which denys the bill it can be over riddien only if 2/3 of both houses agree to override the presidents veto
