- This is bob. Bob is having an amazing lunch at an Italian restaurant. he is allergic to only a few thing which include tree nuts. Little does he know that there are some almonds in his pasta. After he has had a few bites he starts to have some irritation. and went to the hospital.
- Now his body is reacting and the neutrophils are first to arrive to the crime scene. The nutrophils call the other cells to the scene.
- the neutrophils call the eosinophils. the eosinophils job is to create the allergy symptoms like swelling, hives, blocking airways, and etc..
- which leads us on to the basophils. the basophils are best known for their role in asthma. which means they are responsible for the asthma attacks that bob may have during the reaction.
- Bob's b-cells make sure to make a note about the almond that where in the pasta so next time they know what to do. after b-cells finish the t-cells take over by killing the substance that is causing the reaction.
