- Lately , I am experiencing emotional stress which is a challenge for me since it affects the way I think and act. Sometimes even my homework is being affected. It is also the cause of my anxiety and depression which is sometimes hard for me to control and to keep myself calm.
- For some people it may not be a very challenging problem, but for me it is because I often overthink too much and, also especially during this pandemic in which a lot of changes happen, like in education, employment, and income.
