- In the story Monsters Are Due on Maple Street it was a normal Saturday and something strange flowed across the sky everyone thought it was a meteor and then everyone forgot about it and then all the lights went off stev tried to go to the police station a pet van horm went to go look at the other street to see if the same thing was happening to them and them less good mad tried to start his car and it did and everyone got Suspishic and them every one thought that less was the person hind this so they all start to blameless but them a dark figure camp out of the dark and them boom charlie shot the bark figure and them every one went to go see what it was and it was pet Vanhorn ant charlie killed him them every started to blam charlie and he ran with his wife them everyone got rock and threw it and his house and he said it not me i swear i kmow who it is it the kid he knew this was going to happen and chaos started windows braking injured people them the moster one of the monsters say and this patter is always the same the other one said with a few variations they pick the most dangereus enemy they can find and it them self and all we need to do is sit back and watch.
