Michael Oher is a colored man that is 6'4, 315 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
Michael is a motivated, shy, caring, and a protective character.

Michael does not like the way he is living, he just wants to be a normal kid with a normal family.
Michael finally found the right family that will take care of him and treat him like he is part of the family.

Michael finally made it through high school and he was ready for college. He signed with Ole Miss and he couldn't wait to play football for them.
"When my name was called on Draft Day, I couldn't imagine that life could get any better especially since I was surrounded by some people who meant the most in the world to me." (105)
Michael is all dressed up for the NFL Draft, in shock he walks up the steps to shake Mike Sexton's hand, as that was happening, he was holding a Ravens jersey.
