There was a moderate climate with warm summers and cold winters, along with landscape ranging from coastal plains at the coastline to rolling hills to mountains farther inland. It had good harbors for shipping, being convenient as it was centrally located, along with having ideal land and cilmate for agriculture.

THE MIDDLE COLONIES' ECONOMY
They had a large agricultural industry, having many farms that grew different crops. Some of the most important ones to note was grains and oats. While they did have major shipping hub cities like Philadelphia and New York that brought in all sorts of craftsmen that contributed to the economy of the cities, they also did logging, shipbuilding, textiles production, and papermaking.

THE MIDDLE COLONIES' CULTURE
Due to the Quaker belief of having religious equality, there was no single religion practiced in the Middle Colonies. This had caused many immigrants of a wide range of backgrounds, coming from foreign countries, that practiced wide arrays of religions. Some religious groups that had many numbers included Lutherans, Quakers, Jews, and Presbyterians.
