- Before the French Revolution, society was structured on the relics of feudalism. It was also structured in a system known as the Estates System. Before, Bastille hadn't been stormed, the guillotine hadn't been invented or used, Napoleonic Europe hadn't spread, etc.

- The Moderate Phase of the French Revolution had so many factors in it that were each important in their own way. Here is when the Legislative Army is formed, which is important for obvious reasons.
