- Anne Frank was born in Germany and 1929/June/12,the family members of Anne Frank were Otto Frank (the dad) ,Edith Frank (the mom),and Margot Frank (Anne's older sister).The family was Jewish and were living in Germany.In 1932 Adolph Hitler had risen to power of Germany and Instead of enjoying a life,Hitler blamed the Jews for all the problems in the country.Otto was relized it was becoming unsafe for his family,and decided to move to Netherlands.

- The family was safe in their new place for a while,but then the Germans invaded Netherland and arrested the Jewish of men.When the father was released from jail the family started making curtains to prevent anyone from seeing inside their house.Father Voskuij'l made a moveable bookcase for the family to hide when the Germns come by the town so that way when the Germans brake in the house and look for the Jewish men they won't find them because they have a secret hiding spot behind the bookcase.
- Three days later,the sisters arrived at the Auschwitz-Birkenau Concentration Camp.By the end of October Anne and her sister Margot are transferred to another camp,Bergen-Belsen.They both became ill and died of typhus in March 1945.
