- I'm Yonas Kinde. I used to live in Ethiopia and I like running. My dream is to be an Olympian runner. But in Ethiopia my family was to poor.
- The government started to make the economic challenges harder and the politics very unreliable. And that made me fell unsafe.
- There was also a civil war that started with all of the politics happening in Ethiopia. I felt very scared and wanted to leave in a boat immediately.
- So i left Ethiopia and took a boat and travelled to Luxembourg. When i travelled to Luxembourg I was thinking about how and when i will pursue my dream of becoming an Olympian runner.
- I arrived at Luxembourg and started to workout and train everyday to pursue my dream. I trained twice a day. After every day I was so exhausted but i knew it was worth it.
- After all that hard work i finally got into the Olympics.On the Sunday of August 14 2016 I ran my first race. After my race i was so happy that i am in the Olympics. I was so grateful for achieving my goal and pursuing my dream.
