- Alosa the daughter of the pirate king's ship is boarded by one of the other pirate lord's sons, Draxen (the captain) and Riden (The first mate). Little do they know that she is getting captured on purpose, and she actually has a mission from her father she must complete.

- A map that led to the Case de Isla was split between the three pirate lords and throughout the generation the fathers have passed them down to their sons. Also's father wants the other pirate lords maps and send her to find one of them. This is why she allowed herself to be caught.
- As Alosa is a "prisoner" on the ship she searches for the map that her father told her she must get. Every Night she escapes her cell and looks throughout the entire ship, and every night so far she has been unable to find the map.
