- Newtons first law states that if an object is in motion, it will stay in motion unless an unbalanced force acts upon it
- So the soccer ball will continue moving until something stops it
- Newtons first law also states that if an object is at rest, it will stay at rest until acted upon an unbalanced fore.

- This trash can is so light and easy to pull! I barley need to use any force to cause it to accelerate!

- The speed and direction depends on the amount of force we use to push the bins and the mass of them
- So you might push yours faster then me because it has less mass then mine.
- But if I use 2x more force then you, mine might go faster!....Lets Race!

- The flames are pushing down on the ground, so the ground is pushing the ship up hopefully to outer space!
- These forces are pushing in opposite directions
- I'm going to the moon!I heard there's no gravity there!
