- Exposition:Tony, carrying a bouquet, visited Mendoza’s home to welcome Kikay after coming home from New York, U.S.A. Later that day, Tony and Nena also went to Mendoza's home and joined him in welcoming Kikay.
- conflict:After staying in New York for 10 months, Kikay adapted to the American culture and attitude and let it get into her system. This changed her as a person forgetting that she is a Filipino.
- Rising ActionBefore Kikay went to New York, she was already engaged to Tony. Despite being engaged to Kikay and promised to wait for her. Tony secretly got engaged to Nena while Kikay was still in New York. He attempted to tell Kikay when they were left together, but Kikay kept talking about New York.
- Climax:After finding out that Tony got secretly engaged with Nena, Kikay was angered and fought with Nena. They grappled and staggered each other while Tony and Totoy tried to stop them.
- Falling Action:Nena sided with Totoy while Tony sided with Kikay. Nena andTotoy left after what happened leaving Tony and Kikay. Tony asked her if she’ssatisfied that she ruined his life.
- Falling Action:After realizing and remembering that she came back to her old self, Kikay asked for Tony’s forgiveness about what “Francesca” did. She came back to being Kikay, who was the one engaged to Tony.
