He tells zandri and malencia to talk quieter so she can sleep. He shows kindness and he does act like a hero for cia. It isn't a big hero act but it's it act that helps cia in the future. Pg 61-62 "Why don't you get some sleep." Tomas slides in the seat next to me and gives me a warm smile. "The last things i hear before the real world fades is Tomas telling them to speak softly
- Tomas shows he is willing to rescue cia. And help her from falling to her death. this shows he is a willing hero because he doesn't hesitate to help someone in need. He tells her "It's okay. Cia. It's okay" As he hoists her up from falling off of the bridge.

He keeps her safe from all of the dangers at night. he tells her that he will make sure nothing happens to her and he will wake her up if he needs to. this shows he is a willing hero because he sacrifices his sleep and faces dangers through the night pg 62 "Tomas hand finds mine in the dark, and i blink back tears of gratitude that o am not facing this blackness and fear alone. "Why don't you go to sleep, Cia? I'll keep watch to make sure nothing happens."
