In some cases a senate uses a filibuster to speak as long as they can to avoid a bill and tarnish it. After a Bill is debated it gets Voted on it gets sent to the other The Bill is Debated and Voted On in the House, then the bill goes to the senate, after that the senate votes on the bill.
The bill is debated and voted at the house
Just what I like to hear
The bill goes to the senate
The law is introduced by the representative and state legislator of congress factors in with ideas and the bill is drafted. After the bill is drafted, the Speaker of the house takes it the Bill and assigns it to a committee. The Bill will then be studied and debated within the committee (select, special, standing, joint, conference) and decided whether it should be sent to the whole house for a vote.
Both houses vote on the bill
I completely agree!
I agree, this is a well drafted bill!
no, this should not become law.
If the committee approves the bill then it is sent to the Senate Chamber or Floor of the House Representatives depending on if it originated in the Senate or the House.
Executive Decision
In the House they debate the Bill to see if it should be passed or not, and the house votes for the bill.
Great idea.
i agree
the senate votes on the bill.
This sounds quite unitheical to me!
After a Bill is debated it gets Voted on it gets sent to the other house and goes through the same process. The Senate or House of Rep. begins this process of passing the bill once again. The Conference committee then takes the bill of both houses reviews it and aligns them to be sent to the president or governer.
The Bill is sent to the executive for their signature becoming law or vetoing that bill and destroying it. The Bill is sent back to the office with the choice to override the veto.
